Palmetto Design Center is a 63,000 square-foot shopping center anchored by a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, located at 3799 NW 167th St. in Miami Gardens. To develop the plaza, Macken Companies and DZD Holdings entered into a joint venture, DZD Palmetto, to construct and lease the subject premises. In addition to Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, tenants include OPI Nails, Edible Arrangements and T-Mobile. Palmetto Design Center fronts the Palmetto Expressway at Douglas Road, offering tenants high visibility from the 170,000 vehicles that drive by each day.
Macken Companies and DZD Holdings recently completed the construction of the inline space, heralding the final completion of the shopping plaza. The inline space totals in excess of 11,500 square feet and is currently over 75% leased. Approximately 2,630 square feet is still available for lease.
