FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (December 12, 2017)—Macken Companies, a full-service real estate development, construction and brokerage firm, has sold out its Parallel 2 Townhome Collection. This new luxury townhome development in the Collee Hammock neighborhood of Downtown Fort Lauderdale follows the successful close out of Parallel One also located in Collee Hammock. Both homes were sold by Jodi Macken, director of sales for Macken Realty, at the full asking price of $969,900 via cash deals. Closing took place December 7, 2017. The project broke ground in Q2 2016 and was completed on schedule in Q4 2017.
