Macken Companies, a vertically integrated firm with real estate investment, development, construction, financing and brokerage entities, has acquired of a Class A, 17,352-square-foot office building at 2404 Hollywood Blvd. and two adjacent parking lots comprising 29,676 square feet in Hollywood, FL.
The building features over 30 private offices, open area workstations, four conference rooms, break area with kitchen, full back-up generator, recharge area with golf simulate and gym, arcade, pool table and much more. Originally constructed in 1959, the building was fully renovated and built out in 2012.
Macken Companies is currently renovating the building to accommodate its brokerage, Macken Realty with 300 agents, and its construction arm, VCM Builders, along with new tenants to the building. Macken Companies maintains additional offices in Fort Lauderdale, Doral and Orlando.
