Macken Companies is pleased to announce the opening of the onsite sales center for Beach House, a new luxury residential development featuring 4 two-story single-family homes on the barrier island of Dolphin Isles in Fort Lauderdale. The sales center is located at 3200 NE 26 Street in Fort Lauderdale and is open on Saturdays from 12-4 p.m., Sundays from 1-5 p.m., or by appointment.
Each of Beach House’s homes will have three or four bedrooms, two-car garages, generous front porches, large second-floor terraces and private swimming pools. Interior features will include elevated ceilings, Bosch appliances, and smart home technology.
Construction is well underway, and completion is scheduled for Q2 2017.
Beach House was designed by Stofft Architects with a contemporary tropical design; Marc-Michaels Interiors is overseeing the finishes and designing a model residence. The project is being constructed by VCM Builders and offered for sale by Macken Realty, both affiliates of Macken Companies.
Beach House is located at 2512 and 2516 NE 32nd Avenue and 3200 and 3210 NE 26th St. in Dolphin Isles between A1A and the Intracoastal. These residences are priced from $1.375 million.
