Mimi Yoga Expands South Florida Footprint  

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. The eight-story development features 373 luxury rental units and 17,000 square feet of prime ground floor commercial space plus 9,000 square feet of exterior covered retail terrace space. With this latest addition, Aura has reenforced its position as a premier destination for lifestyle-oriented businesses in South Florida. The project is slated for completion in Q2 2025.

Mimi Yoga, an infrared heated Yoga and Mat Pilates studio with existing locations in Wynwood and Coconut Grove, has secured approximately 2,650 square feet of space. Luchy Hermoso of Coldwell Banker represented Mimi Yoga, while Barrett Wolf of Wolf Co. represented the landlord.
