The Community Appearance Awards is given yearly since 1978 for improving Fort Lauderdale’s image

A luxury condominium was given recognition by city officials for enhancing Broward County’s image. Located an hour outside of Miami at 3200 Northeast 26th Street, the Beach House is a luxury residency that the City of Fort Lauderdale awarded the 2018 Community Appearance Award for its beautiful curb appeal.

According to the City of Fort Lauderdale’s website, the residency was given the honor because it enhances the city’s visual image and
economic vitality. The Beach House includes four types of single family homes that start at $1.5 million that are available to buy. The homes include three to four bedrooms along with a large terrace.

Tucked away in the quiet community of Dolphin Isles, the Macken Companies-developed home merges lush greenery with indoor and outdoor spaces to create a tropical oasis. Designed by Randall Stofft Architects, the properties boast modern amenities such as smart home capability and private pools. Since 1978, the City of Fort Lauderdale have given the award to over 1,000 residential and commercial developments in Broward County.
