Macken Companies Announcement – Construction is underway at Parallel 1

Macken Companies has announced that construction is underway at Parallel 1, a new townhome project located at 1307 SE 2nd Ct. located one block from Fort Lauderdale’s Las Olas Blvd. VCM Builders, an affiliate of Macken Companies, is constructing Parallel and is currently on the second floor. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2016.

Parallel 1, the first of two new developments in Colee Hammock, will comprise 2 two-story townhomes, each spanning almost 3,000 square feet of total space. Each townhome will feature three bedrooms, four full baths, a library, 2-car garage, and private swimming pool.

The homes will feature a modern transitional design courtesy of Randall Stofft Architects and Marc-Michaels Interiors. Another of Macken Companies’ affiliates, Macken Realty is the sales agency. One unit has already been sold; the second is priced at just over $1 Million.
