Developer nearing completion of townhomes

The Macken Cos. development firm says it has two individual townhomes nearly completed in the Colee Hammock neighborhood of
Fort Lauderdale.

The two-story homes in the Parallel I project at 1307 SE Second Court are under contract for $1.18 million and $1.17 million, according to Macken.

Each unit is 2,650 square feet, with three bedrooms and an office and four bathrooms.

Parallel 2, a second phase featuring two more townhomes, is under construction at 1305 SE First St. Those units are priced from just under $900,000.

Macken paid $775,000 for the two sites last year.
